The primary purpose of this clinic is to provide cutting edge professional development opportunities for coaches at the high school, collegiate and professional level. Nutritionists, Physical Therapists, and Athletic Trainers are also encouraged to attend.
Our goal is to give coaches at all levels the ability to take the information they've learned to their respective schools and apply it to the athletes they work with on a daily basis.

The Pit Shark Belt Squat is a tremendous leg developer. It can be used for athletes with injured shoulders, injured hands, back issues or as an intragel part of leg routines. It is one of the great ways to Get your legs Strong.
Rick Court is the Associate Director of Strength and Conditioning for the undefeated Ohio State football team. Coach Court, at Ohio State's recent Strength and Conditioning Clinic, demonstrated how he uses the belt squat during a Buckeye leg workout.

The 3rd Annual Strength and Conditioning/Athletic Development New Jersey Clinic is headed back to The Pingry School. With coaches from the NFL and Division I levels, authors, researchers and current practitioners in the strength game delivering dynamic presentations.
