Saturday, May 14 in Bowling Green, Ohio the Atomic Athletic Great Black Swamp Olde Time Strongman Picnic included a USA All-Round Weightlifting Association (USAWA) meet.

Strongman Andrew Durniat set a new World Record single arm deadlift of  235.5 kg (518.1 lbs) with his left arm.  This bested Steve Angell of Britain, whose previous record was 219 kg (479.6 lbs)

Saw the Rogers Athletic Dip station that attach to the wall at The Pingry School on my visit up there today. It really does fold out of the wall easily. Nice tool for the weight room. Looking forward to sharing more of unique features of the RA strength equipment on June 25 at the clinic in Martinsville.
