Alpha Delta Phi Fraternity founded in 1832 subscribe to 'manus multae cor unum' - many hands, one heart. As a national organization they expect each chapter to contribute to the intellectual atmosphere of their campus and to their members. 

In an article published in Psychology Today, Can physical activities Improve Fluid intelligence?, scientist link fitness  with improved cognition in healthy young adults. 'Fluid intelligence' is defined as "the capacity to think logically and solve problems in novel situations, independent of acquired knowledge."  Through extensive research it is indicated that certain hormones, which are increased during exercise, may help improve memory.  Pursuing non-academic activities such as aerobic exercise, and strength training are key to enriching not only cognition but someone's long-term success in life.

Alpha Delta Phi located in the heart of the University of Michigan campus just built a strength training facility in their frat house for their student members - strong bodies, strong minds, strong hearts.

The Vastus Medialis Oblique And Vastus Lateralis

To get the most out of the vastus medialis oblique (VMO) and vastus lateralis (VL) incorporate a isometric hip adduction in the last 45 degrees of knee extension/flexion on the Pendulum Hip Press. Ensuring the adductors are engaged may be useful in promoting a greater VMO/VL ratio. There is evidence that a better ratio reduces patella femoral stress.

Ruben Mendoza is a former NFL offensive guard who is now the Head Strength and Conditioning Coach of Wayne State University. Ruben has coached at South Carolina, Tennessee - Chattanooga , Clemson, Ole Miss, Mississippi and Notre Dame and as you can ascertain has a vast experience in the profession. Under Rueben's guidance Wayne State is a perennial contender for top-10 honors in the NACDA Learfield Sports' Directors Cup. With Mendoza's direction the University just completed their new Athletic Department weight room. The Warriors will be Getting Stronger in Detroit.

Though living six thousand seven hundred and forty miles away from the United States, people in Kuwait found the best exercise equipment in the World.
